Hi folks! My name is Andrea. I am a very hard working, conscientious, thorough, trustworthy, experienced and reliable house cleaner. I carry all of my own supplies or I can use yours if you like.
And of course, 1st time, move ins and move outs are more because the work is a lot harder ($30 per hour)


CLEANING ALL SOUTH OC

Cleaning includes:
ALL ROOMS
`Remove cob webs
`Dust lamps, sconces and all light fixtures I can reach!, furniture, wood work, shelves, ceiling fans, knick knacks, mini blinds and window sills. I ORGANIZE WHILE I DUST AND CLEAN!
`Cleaning all light switches and door jams. Spot cleaning walls as well!
`Vacuum all carpet and not forgetting to edge clean carpet as well!
`Mop floors.
Dust all base boards.
`Empty all trash.
KITCHEN
`Clean and disinfect counter tops, appliances and tables.
`Clean, scrub and sanitize sink.
`Clean, scrub and disinfect stove top and stove back splash.
`Clean in side and out of microwave.
`Clean fronts of cabinets.
`Clean front and top of refrigerator.
`Wash and dry floors by hand.
`Empty trash.
*Inside of refrigerator add $20
*Inside of oven add $20
BATHROOMS
`Clean mirrors.
`Clean, scrub and sanitize toilets, showers and bathtubs, vanities, sinks and back splash.
`Empty trash
`Organize counter tops and dust where needed.
BEDROOM/S
`Dust where necessary and organize.
`Make beds and change linens if left out.
`Vacuum.
ETC.

`4 Bed/ $120

This can be weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly or a 1 time cleaning
