There is a 2-1/2 hr minimum anywhere from Irvine/Culver Dr. to Central Anaheim/Disneyland. Anywhere north of Central Anaheim/Disneyland or south of Irvine/Culver Dr., there is a 3hr minimum. The 2-1/2hr min covers many things most guys would charge you $100 and up to do. Like, hang flat panel TVs, faucet installations, repair leaky pipes (exposed and in walls), and many other $100-$150 small jobs. My price, a flat 2-1/2hrs. I am highly skilled in many trades, plumbing , tiling , cabinetry , flooring , doors / windows , painting , wood finishing , finish carpentry , to name a few. I do other trades also. Please call and ask, if not listed. Additional hrs MAY be charged if job price is excessive on comparison to my hrly price. Due to the law, I am not licensed, so I only accept jobs that are 2 days or less. If you have larger projects, I can refer you to friends of mine that are licensed.
