Algae treatments start at $420 to $600 or more (depending on other specifications).
Drain and acid/chlorine washes are usually around $750 or more (depending on other specifications).
These prices are based on a 30 x 15' no spa in-ground pool (or 20,000 gallons and under). Prices are subject to change based on other specifications (such as gallons of the pool, excessive debris, above ground pool, etc...).
MONTHLY SERVICE PACKAGES:

1st Package (Full Service) Starts at:
$25 / visit if the client has an automatic vacuum
$27.50 / visit using our vacuum hose that connects to client's skimmer or cleaner port. (This uses -- your equipments filter -- for the dirt and leaf debris)
$35 / visit with our Hammerhead (All leaf debris and 90% larger size dirt removed. Does not use your filter or equipment!)
$50 / visit using our Pump Vacuum (Superior Cleaning with 99% fine and larger dirt removed + all leaf debris). Does not use your filter or equipment! THIS PRICE IS REQUIRED FOR ABOVE GROUND POOLS.
[1st package includes weekly chemistry maintenance, filter cleaning (for SINGLE cartridge only; different prices for DE filters & Quad cartridge filters), vacuum service, brushing, and tile cleaning (different pricing for calcium build up).]

All Packages have Bi-Weekly instead of weekly options to possibly save you money if you pass our interview and the pool qualifies after testing for a month. This REQUIRES a home owner is present at the home on the off weeks. Bi-Weekly requires leaving behind chlorine on the off-weeks at $5 per Gallon with the responsibility of the client to test chemicals that week, brush the pool and pour in the chlorine or as needed. Failure to maintain the pool or if the pool turns green on the off-weeks may indicate you need weekly service (at least for the summer) and may cost you more money when we have to pour double the chemicals in the week we come back. Therefore Bi-Weekly does NOT INCLUDE chemical costs. Muriatic Acid used is charged at $10 per Gallon when needed. Call us to see if this might be an option for you.
