Casey has been playing tennis for over 14 years, and has been coaching tennis for the past
6 years. In California, she has taught at Pepperdine University, in Malibu, and Weil Tennis
Academy, in Ojai. She has also gained experience teaching in Shanghai, China.
As a high school player, she notched up a 117-3 record overall, and went to the CIF
championship all four years. As a junior she was in the top 60 in girls 14's, 16's and 18
year-old age divisions, and has won over 20 tournaments in southern California. In college,
she attended Sonoma State, in northern California, for the first two years on a full scholar-
ship, and played #2 singles. In 2008 she made second team and went to NCAA finals both
years. Her last two years in college were spent in Irvine at Concordia University, ranked # 7
in the nation by the NCAA, where she graduated with a degree in communications. She also
competed in the nationals in 2010 and 2011.
