Whether you are a local, own a second home or have a vacation rental that needs cleaning we offer a one time deep cleaning service, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning. We use all natural cleaning, non-toxic products that are good for your home & the environment.

CLEANING SERVICES Offered:

* BASIC CLEANING: Make beds,Dusting home and general tidying up, Kitchen-scrubbing sinks & counter tops, stovetop, outside of oven, outside of refrigerator, appliances, etc., Bathrooms-cleaning toilets, showers, tubs, sinks & mirrors, Sweeping & Mopping, Vacuuming floors & carpets throughout home & emptying all trash. (Any laundry or other service is extra and we can discuss).

* DEEP CLEANING: Inside refrigerator & oven, stovetop & appliances, insides & outsides of drawers & cupboards, baseboards, air ducts, light fixtures, ceiling fans, tiles & grout, hard water stains, furniture upholstery cleaned, wash dishes, empty dishwasher, wash doors, blinds & shutters, clean under the furniture, outside BBQ & patio furniture if necessary. Very detailed and thorough cleaning. This type of cleaning usually happens 2-4 times per year, followed with a regular basic cleaning service weekly or bi-weekly.

* TRANSITIONAL CLEANING: for Vacation Rentals: Same as our basic service, but adds the washing of all linens, putting fresh towels in all baths, bedding, re-stocking bathrooms & kitchen w/necessities, cleaning the appliances inside & out, removing any food, toiletries or other left by guests. Checking to make sure everything works, and rental is stocked with the basic necessities incoming guests will need. Making sure the entry way and parking area is clear of trash & swept, plants are watered and the patio furniture is clean, including the BBQ. Will wash entry way and presentation window/s. If other windows need cleaning, I will let you know first & charge an additional fee.

* ONE TIME CLEANING: Often requested by realtors & homeowners selling their home in preparation for viewing by potential buyers. Prices vary between basic & deep cleaning, but work if performed based on your needs.

* EXTRAS: Laundry, Dishes, Windows, Carpets Cleaned, Outdoor Patio Furniture, BBQ, yard clean -up, housesitting, pet-sitting, gardening & more.

* OTHER SERVICES:
