Do you have one or maybe two or three of those jobs around the house you don't have the time to do yourself? Or is there some home improvement or maintenance you're just not sure how to do. I have a solution for you. I am a reliable, trustworthy carpenter with more than twenty years of experience and have worked in the following areas: custom homes, historical preservation, decks, pools, remodeling basements and bathrooms, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, hardwood and vinyl flooring, tile, fences, plumbing, electrical, sheds, cabinets, sinks, counter-tops, shelving, bookshelves, and more.

In my past I have worked on projects building new home, office buildings, condominiums and warehouses new construction and remodeling.

I also do home maintenance, winterizing, window sealing, storm window replacement, faucet replacement, porch/steps repair, re-screening, tile repair and re-grouting, assembling furniture, picture hanging, ceiling fans, yard work, and more.

If you need repairs not listed here, please call because I am capable of work in most areas of home repair and maintenance. Also, I am always willing to provide advice on remodeling and maintenance.

My fees are very reasonable (half the price of a general contractor). For most projects, you pay for materials as they are needed and pay me cash at the end of each day. This way there is no up-front payment, and you pay daily as the work progresses. When major remodeling is done, a down payment is necessary.

Most bathroom remodels take about two weeks, kitchens three weeks and basements 8 - 12 weeks.
Remember most importantly is I'm half the price and high standards.
