We don't do it fast, we do it correctly. Basic installation of laminate flooring is $1 per square ft, angled rooms & difficult doorways and room transitions costing more. Removal and reinstall and caulking of existing baseboards $1.50 per linear ft, or I can supply 3 1/4" baseboards new, painted, installed and caulked for $2.00 per linear ft. Taller baseboards will cost more per linear ft. I only install good quality brands. I will not install crappie Traffic Master or the cheapest Lowe's house brand, and I will only install flooring of 10-12mm in thickness. I do not work with 7-8mm laminate flooring. You don't want that junk. Vinyl plank flooring is usually 5-7mm which is fine. If you buy on the cheap, you get cheap results. I am familiar with great brands, and have installed them all, from Home Depot, Costco, Lowes, Sam's Club, Lumber Liquidators, Flooring Liquidators, and others.

Installation does not include flooring products, those must be purchased by you first, before installation. Installation of planks, risers and stair noses or engineered capa thread stairs on stair cases are priced differently, as they are much more difficult.
