Do not use him. He took weeks to complete a job that was supposed to be done in 2 days. I questioned the properties of the paint he used on metal fencing and he assured me it would be fine. Started rusting within 6 months of completion. I contacted him and he said he would charge $1000-$1500 to fix it. Scam artist.
