I am offering personal chef services in the Boulder, Lafayette or surrounding communities. I specialize in meeting the needs of those with special dietary limitations, chronic health issues, food allergies or looking to improve family lifestyle. In addition, I work with families who have busy schedules and limited time to shop, prepare and cook nourishing meals.

I have 8+ years of experience and I love to create beautiful, nourishing and delicious meals. My background is in Ayurveda - I am a Certified Vitalist Herbalist and Nutrionist. I graduated from the Advanced Herbalist Program at CSCH in Boulder and I am getting ready to start the Clinical Program.

I am desiring to work with families who want to live a holistic lifestyle and are needing dietary support. I provide additional holistic support in my private wellness practice. I work 1:1 with my clients and empower them to them live a healthy and vibrant lifestyle.
