GUTTER JOBS LLC

Unfortunately, I have not used their actual service because I couldn't get the quotes from them that Hector said I would have by yesterday, Thursday, July 22nd. I didn't think to send my email address until 7:23 last night so understandable as to why didn't get the quote yesterday as told. However I called and texted today at 10:20 asking that I receive the quotes today as I have to plan work with my days off. It's 8:27 pm and I still don't have a quote. A business must communicate and be responsive, not leave the customer wondering what happened. I am so disheartened after reading all the wonderful reviews about promptness, professionalism, etc. Yesterday, Hector was to be at my house at 10 am to give a quote. About 10:18 I called and asked Hector if he was coming out and he said that he was running behind and it would be around 12:00. I postponed going to work to wait for him.

Gutter Jobs LLC, strives to provide quality and professional services but when we come across people like this, who doesn't know how to be patient and tries to blackmail us with reviews we rather not even consider them any further. We take it personal because we care of every single customer!
