Long running history of taking and keeping down payments / deposits on job estimates that he never intends to complete. PA State Attorney General is aware of this. Additional reports to the SAG office are helpful, as are reports to the appropriate police department.
As like everyone else on here. Dave Gosselin scammed me even after he personally told me he would never screw me over and that he was a stand up guy. Lol. well he stole my money and laughed at me, so if that's the kind of guy you want to do business with then he's your guy! he wis a scumbag scammer. stay far away from him
SCAM SCAM SCAM! Dave Gosselin the owner is a scammer! RESEARCH HIM WITH BBB. TRUST ME! DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UPFRONT!! BEWARE DAVE THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAMMER! HE HAS STOLEN MY MONEY AND HAS NOT COMPLETED ANY WORK AT ALL. I paid this company to trim my bushes two weeks ago. I paid a down payment of $250. The next day he reached out asking for the remaining money because he was broke. I REFUSED TO PAY HIM UNTIL HE COMPLETE THE JOB. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! DO NOT PAY HIM UPFRONT! OH AND DAVE! I’ll SEE YOU IN COURT!!
This business is a scam. Dave will take your deposit and run. I am in a court battle with him to refund my deposit and he refuses to pay despite a court order. Do not use his “services” or you’ll be in court too.
