How to cook:  Preheat the oven to 140-160C. Grease pudding basin and loaf tin with baking parchment.

Then, melt butter and chocolate in the saucepan. In a bowl combine baking powder, soda and muscovado.

In another bowl mix eggs, vanilla and soured cream. Then, combine ingredients from two bowls and stir.

Divide the mixture into to portions so that the tin was filled with 250 g and the basin with the rest.

Next, cook both cakes in the oven. Make sure they are ready (about 30 mins for loaf tin and 1 hour for basin). Let them cool.

For icing you need to mix smoothly cocoa and water, then, add sugar and butter.

In order to assemble the cake, cut down the top of basin cake and make the surface flat. Turn the top part down and cut in half vertically.

To make a body spread some butter icing on both parts and put one on another. Then, cut half of loaf cake vertically and trim a little to create a v-shaped snout.
