I hired this company last minute to unload. BEWARE. I would not hire this company (512) 290-8998. They left me stranded & didn't complete the job after being paid in cash by me a flat rate price he quoted & then raised higher. "Marcel" (or Wallace Adkins whatever his real name is) talked nice at 1st, then tried to change pricing many times. Became aggressive when I pointed it out. Was rushing & impatient & they (Devin & Stormy & "Marcel") didn't finish the job. He asked to be paid in cash, lied, & after I paid him made an excuse for them to leave & did not return. 30 minutes after they left "to get a soda at 7 Eleven on the corner", he sent a self serving text saying his worker Devin was having a seizure at a Pizza Hut nearby & asked me if I could call 911 for him & if I had any medical experience. That doesn't even make any sense. They ran out with my money & left my items in the trailer. Also, they wouldn’t follow my building's rules to wear face masks when in the building.
Called 2 days before to schedule, they said ok an then day of move wouldn’t answer phone . I had told them what time to meet me an at 1st they said no problem. Day of move when finally they called back they were at another job 1hr or more away . It was raining an out stuff was gonna get wet so luckily found some 1 else at storage unit to help !
