What’s up pat. I met this guy today. I had just picked up a used Mercedes. Brought it to my mechanic. Who claimed to know Mercedes benz cars also. He told me I needed some module. It was some translater. Not sure the name but it was allmost $300. I found pat cause my mechanic could not program this translater module ( what ever it’s called ) so I had him come to program the new one. Instead of just doing it. He took time to ask why I was changing it. So I told him my mechanic told me I needed it. So he asked my guy @ to be honest I was a lil imbarssed my guy didn’t have the right answer to any of pats questions. Pat ask me what my complaints were. Come to find out I didn’t need this $300 part. That was gonna cost me $200 to program. So that’s $500 for no reason. He showed me what I needdd fixed some other stuff by programing some computers that were programed wrong. Thank you pat your my go to guy for now. You took ur time to ask me what was wrong. Saved me a lot of $ & still fixd it

Hey Patrick, thanks for taking care of me. I really appreciate your understanding I need my sprinter for work. With out it I caint work. With that being said I’ve been to a few shops since owning this. Not only did I waist a lot of time & money they didn’t really have the knowledge I’ve seen in you. I have many friends with sprinters who were shocked I got it fixed so fast and for the cost. Being your mobile saved me a tow & a week in a shop. I guess when you know these vechiles as you do it’s alot easier & quicker to repair. Just wanted to thank you here and support you. You will see me in the future. Hopefully not lol. Hey pal. Just wanted to thank you and post a post. Thanks for fixing my SL radio good thing it was only a update. Being that I’m selling it. I see you have gained a fan club. Since my last post. lol do what you do. I don’t have a issue. Thanks pat. Enjoy your summer. See you next spring.

My name is james I have a shop in long branch nj. I had a 2012 E 350 diesel. With a engine fan issue. The engine fan would not turn off it would allways stay running. The dealer changed the fan assembly & it worked for about 2 days. Then same. The dealer wanted to much money to re check it. Meanwhile they should of did the diagnostic for free since they MISS DIAGNOSED it the first time. Now note. That fan was not cheap. Ok I found pat. He really came out of his way. Pretty far from where he ussaly services. But I explained my situation & he wanted to help. So he came ran some tests. He found the engine computer was faulty. Instead of buying new from the dealer. With is well over a grand. He has someone who can get one that’s good so we can clone it. He made a big headache a lot easy for us. Also at a well reasonable price. Prompt service gave me options to help us out. I will be calling him for any Mercedes benzs & sprinter issues I may have. Thanks Patrick. Could not ask for more.

Just wanna support my benz guy( pat) & update his last repair fir me. I took my sons 2002 CL 500 to him. In BIG BOLD RED MESSAGE ACROSS THE DASH READ SEAT BACK REST NOT LOCKED. even thou both seats are latchd still this message. Stays up & can’t read anything. Miles. Any messages in the inst cluster. So any malfunctions he won’t know. Pat knew the problem b4 he even cked it. There are sensors mounted to the seat frame that tell the module the seats locked. Being it’s a coupe when seats folded forward it will slide up so the rear passanger can get in. ( Mercedes flashy option ) JUNK. Now these sensors are not sold seprate it’s part of the frame. Labor alone would be well over $500 my son can get his lazy ass out and move the seat. Pat knew away to remove this message. Since the coupe and sedan are allmost the same car. He coded it as a sedan so no sensor is looked for. No dash message is on. Great tech knows a lot. Saved me a lot of $$ he re programed it, caint knock him he’s good !!
