This guy is the worst!!!!!!! He will totally waste your time.
Great work. Good prices. Patrick knows his cars my only problem is there's only 1 of him lol. I waited a lil longer then I normally wood for someone to look at my car. But it was all worth it. Everyone else gave me the wrong diagnosis. He was on the money and very fair thanks Pattyboy 😉
This guy saved me $300 the dealer told me I needed to replace the door module cause my windows didn't work. Patrick updated the software with his computer for $160 highly recommend any day. Knowledge with these cars. I've owned Benzs many years I wish I met him years ago
brought my 2009 S550 to three different shop "techs" lol told me i needed a new door module do to both front windows inoperable . cheapest price i was quoted was close to $350 Patrick diagnosed the car and do to his mercedes benz knowledge he knew the module was the cause for my problems .But didnt need to replace anything This is where Quailty comes into play he flashed the module ( updated the software ) using his mercedes benz diagnostic computer that is posts in his pictures for $120 ..
If I could give no stars, I would. This guy is a joke, dont let the pictures fool you like they did me. They miat be from his first few weeks in business, when he still gave af and had the equipment. This is where I found him and the two other reviewers must know him personally. He will charhe you $50 more than the dealer for a "diagnostic" claiming to do everything the dealer doesn't. He wont show up with a STAR or any diag tool. You'll get 100 excuses, but he never actually does the work.
