Price quoted would be cheapest of all but they make money by stealing your material. He will intentionally buy a lot more raw material than needed and would steal something everyday.
If you hire them - make sure you have camera where the material is kept and when you pay cash - MAKe sure you have him sign for the amount. He will confuse you when the total comes and will intentionally say less amount was paid.
Overall , work is good but if you can handle some theft and stress - go for them.
