A billion stars! If this doesn't say 5 stars this website is faulty. This is a FIVE STAR review. If it says anything under 5 these guys are getting screwed because again, this is a perfect score. If I come back and see this is anything under 5 I'm calling hire rush and telling them to get their shit together. That's how amazing these guys were with my items. 1 star reviews on here can suck my ass. They're fake. I put that on everything.

Ive heard horror stories about movers and this was my first time. Every co. has a one-star here and there, but as a behavioral psych doc I can only recommend talking to them first. There will often be someone who got their panties in a bunch because they made a mistake and then blame the movers. I noticed how more people were absolutely Smitten by these guys. Figured that anyone who had given them a one star is clearly a humongous douchebag. Thankfully my doctorate came through once again. These guys are pros. Hardworking, knowledgeable, strong and very friendly. A lot of movers are rude to customers of Indian descent because a lot of us are assholes. (I'm sorry brethren but it's true). It doesn't give the movers the right to judge us. These guys treated us like family. We even had some chicken tikka masala and beer afterward and I'm sorry if you get in trouble for that guys but you deserved it. 100 stars from Krishna if I Heaven allowed.

Avoid this company. The workers showed up in a car that they practically lived out of and an hour late to the job. They caused damage to loads of our furniture but the supervisor is claiming that the damage is completely out of their hands. They’ve called our complaints a “sham” and show the most unbelievable level of disrespect I’ve ever seen from a company. They claim that all we’re trying to do is get free new furniture for our home rather than trying to understand how they might have caused damage. Do not be fooled by their “good reviews”, as this is the only leg they will stand on to claim that they can do no wrong. Their supervisor at no point tried to understand our concerns but instead immediately attacked me as a customer for voicing a complaint. Incredibly unprofessional and the worst experience I’ve had with a company in general in my life. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I got on my knees and prayed for a good moving company, you know those are hard to come by. That's when I saw these guys online and hoped these prayers were answered. Let It be known that these men are literal angels for what they did for me, but moved my stuff like they were possessed, never taking their foot off the gas. God bless you Sms

I hired SMS Move Pros in August 2022, who helped me move out of my apartment and loaded my storage unit. I was unable to see everything since it was stacked to the ceiling but upon unpacking yesterday, I found that the majority of our things in a large storage unit are completely broken including dressers, multiple bookshelves, dishes, and more. I was having to move in with my mom due to being priced out of my apartment, could barely afford a storage unit or truck, let alone movers. I have been displaced from my mom's home due to the Bolt Creek Wildfire and became homeless for over 2 months. Now I'm finally getting housing and was able to get into my storage unit and I cannot believe that all of my stuff was destroyed during one of the most heartbreaking moves of my life.
