They totally didn't care at all about the curry smell, which I personally find offensive because it's the best smell ever, but alas. They were great 1000 stars if I could.
This company is a scam. They will contact you only via Text and you will not be able to get clear responses. I booked this company through MovingHelp.com and did not have anyone show up. I reached out to the ‘dispatcher’ who only could say “sorry I wouldn’t blame you for canceling and going with someone else” with them having my funds on hold that was not an option. Very unprofessional. Please save yourself the headache and look for a reputable moving company!
This company confirmed with my mom the afternoon before the move, then that evening after we had gone to bed they cancelled. Now she will have to pay for another month at her storage unit and scramble to find someone else to do her move.
I found them here and decided to give them a chance. I hadn't trust any mover companies. But SMS Move Pros busted my stereotype about movers. They were great. Good mood, good paking, good moving, good price. Thanks guys!
